1. Agreement
These terms govern access to FergaOS by a school and its authorised users. By using the service, the school confirms that it has authority to accept these terms and that users will follow them.
2. Accounts and responsibilities
Schools must provide accurate account information, keep administrator credentials secure and give access only to authorised people. The school is responsible for its records, permissions and the actions of users in its workspace.
3. Acceptable use
You may use FergaOS only for lawful school administration and communication. You must not misuse the service, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, upload malicious material or use it to violate another person’s rights.
4. Data and privacy
The school keeps ownership of the information it submits. FergaOS may process that information only to provide, secure and improve the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
5. Fees and availability
Any applicable fees are agreed with the school before service begins. We aim to keep FergaOS available and reliable, but maintenance, updates, outages or events outside our control may occasionally affect access.
6. Changes and contact
We may update these terms when the service or law changes. We will make material changes reasonably clear. Questions about these terms can be sent to support@fergaos.com.
